- Assist with basic billing questions and approved administrative service tasks.
- Send document reminders, birthday messages, and other approved customer communications.
- Prepare thank-you, welcome, and sympathy cards.
- Help coordinate community activities and team events, including supplies, giveaways, and materials.

- Dependability, punctuality, and the ability to meet agreed deadlines.
- Willingness to take initiative, ask questions, and learn new systems.
- Ability to handle client information confidentially.
- Spanish-language skills to support administrative communication and translation.
You’ll use agency-approved scripts and procedures and receive guidance on assigned tasks. Weekly check‑ins with your supervisor will provide time to review progress, ask questions, and set realistic goals.
This position does not include independently advising on coverage, recommending insurance products, quoting, selling, or completing insurance applications. Licensed staff will handle insurance discussions, including those requiring Spanish-language assistance.
