. We are seeking a Construction Management Intern for Summer 2026
, offering a 10-week paid internship beginning May 27th, 2026
. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated students to gain hands‑on experience in construction management, sustainability, and large‑scale aggregate operations.

You’ll work closely with industry professionals, contribute to impactful projects, and develop leadership, analytical, and operational skills in a real‑world construction environment.

• Participate in daily production, maintenance, and operational activities at aggregate sites.
• Collect and analyze data to identify process improvements and project insights.
• Work with equipment operators to understand heavy equipment functionality and maintenance.
• Collaborate across teams including geology, engineering, safety, and operations.
• Apply construction management principles in real‑world scenarios under professional guidance.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards.
• Deliver a final presentation summarizing your internship experience and contributions to leadership teams.
• Schedule: Onsite, Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
• Environment: Aggregate and construction sites (quarry, sand/gravel, ready‑mix plant, or surface mine). Exposure to outdoor elements and mechanical equipment is expected.
• Transportation: Interns are responsible for their own commuting arrangements.
