In-Office Guaranteed 15-19 hours per week

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 2:00 PM - 6:15 PM

Tuesday and Thursday: 12:00 PM - 6:15 PM

Rotating Saturdays: 8:45 AM - 12:15 PM (earn an additional +$5/hour for Saturdays!)

Gate City Bank is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative to support daily operations at our Moorhead South Hornbachers Office.

Create a warm, helpful experience by assisting customers with everyday banking transactions

Build relationships by identifying ways to make banking easier and more rewarding

Open new accounts and educate customers on products and services that fit their needs

Balance cash drawer and maintain accuracy

Follow all service, security, and compliance guidelines

High school diploma or equivalent

1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales preferred

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to doing things right

A positive, upbeat attitude and a genuine desire to help others

Pay Range: $17.75-$18.75 per hour

Saturday Differential Pay: +$5/hr

Guaranteed 15-19 hours per week
