This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by leading behavior programming and supporting students with Emotional/Behavioral Disorders (EBD) and possibly Autism-Spectrum Disorders (ASD).
Your Role Will Include:- Lead and support behavior programming across the site.
- Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
- Work directly with students to teach replacement behaviors and social emotional skills related to behavior.
- Develop and support implementation of Behavior Support Plans.
- Guide data-based decision-making for classrooms and programs.
- Provide crisis prevention/intervention support.
- Deliver staff training on ABA principles.
- Master's degree.
- Current BCBA certification.
- Ability to obtain PCM and Ukeru certifications.
- Valid driver's license.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google tools.
- Preferred:
Experience working with K-12 students with challenging behaviors, background in educational settings, experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and teaching experience in EBD or ASD programs.
- Salary: $66,327 to $93,036 annually (salary range is based on years of experience in a school-based setting).

- Schedule:
185 days/year (school calendar), 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. - Available:
