What You’ll Do:Start your day with high-fives, games, and lots of smiles! As a BT, you’ll work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, using play-based activities and science-backed strategies (known as Applied Behavior Analysis) to build life-changing skills. You’ll track progress and celebrate every win (big or small), and be a part of a child’s journey toward greater independence and confidence.

- ✔ You’re available full-time, Monday–Friday (8:00 am – 5:00 pm)
- ✔ You have a high school diploma or GED
- ✔ You love working with kids and have a knack for creativity and patience
- ✔ You’re at least 18 years old and ready to make an impact
- No RBT? $16.50 - $17.50
- Obtained your RBT 1? $17.00 - $19.50 with potential to move up to $21.50 with progressions into Advanced ARBT
- Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
