Park Christian School is looking for its next President at an important and exciting time in the life of the school. This is a healthy, deeply loved community with a clear Christian mission, a strong academic reputation, stable enrollment, financial strength, and generations of students and families who have been shaped by their time here. The next President will not be asked to rescue or reinvent Park Christian.

This leader will be entrusted with a strong school and the opportunity to help it move forward with wisdom, clarity, and faithfulness.  At the heart of Park Christian is a commitment to partner with the Christian home. The school recognizes parents as the primary educators of their children and comes alongside families in the shared work of helping students grow academically, spiritually, and personally.

Academic excellence matters, but so do biblical wisdom, Christlike character, and preparing young people to serve God faithfully wherever He leads them.  Park Christian enters this transition from a place of strength, built through the faithful leadership of Chris Nellermoe and the commitment of many others who have served the school over the years. The next President will have the opportunity to honor that foundation while bringing their own leadership, relationships, and vision to the role.###

Requirements
** Spiritually Grounded Christian Leader:
** Your relationship with Jesus Christ is active and evident in how you lead. You can fully affirm Park Christian School’s Statement of Faith and bring biblical conviction, humility, wisdom, and grace to an interdenominational community.
** Present and Relational Leader:
** You are honest, approachable, and present in the everyday life of the school. You want to know students, join chapel, attend activities, and spend time with families and staff. You listen well, communicate clearly, keep your word, and build trust over time.
** Steward of Mission and Culture:
** You understand what must remain true at Park Christian:
Christ at the center, partnership with Christian parents, academic excellence, a biblical worldview, and the formation of Christlike character. You will honor the school’s history while helping it prepare faithfully for the future.
