Eventide Linden – Part-Time LPN (Every‑third Weekend Shift)

Eventide Linden in Moorhead seeks part‑time LPNs to work the Every‑third Weekend shift (7 a‑7:30 p). These positions include a holiday rotation.

Part‑time employees are eligible for a 7 % shift differential. Night shift nurses receive an additional $5 per hour for shift differential.

• Must have an active MN LPN license or be able to obtain one upon hire.
• Senior Living and/or Long‑Term Care experience preferred, but not required.

• Assesses residents’ needs and health status through physical assessments, observations, and interviews on a continuing basis.
• Provides individual attention, encouraging each resident’s ability to maintain or attain the highest physical, mental, and psychosocial well‑being.
• Observes and follows resident plans of care, updating and making appropriate changes whenever necessary.
• Administers medications and treatments and monitors both for effectiveness.
• Provides direct nursing care to residents as needed and in accordance with established nursing policies, procedures, and standards.
• Complies with rules and regulations set forth by the Minnesota or North Dakota Departments of Health and the Center for Medicare/Medicaid Services.
• Maintains accurate documentation in the residents’ electronic medical record according to established policies and procedures.
• Assists in orientation/training of new team members.
• Reports resident needs, problems, and observations to the Charge Nurse and/or attending physician.
• Ensures adequate staffing levels for a scheduled shift and corrects staffing inadequacies appropriately.
• Monitors subordinate staff activities and, if necessary, participates in the disciplinary process.
• Ensures subordinate staff complete work responsibilities thoroughly and accurately within scheduled shifts.
• Provides information, education, and support to assigned residents and their families.
• Communicates resident needs to care staff in the unit as appropriate.
• Interacts with physicians and other healthcare facilities as needed, according to resident needs.
• Continually updates nursing skills and knowledge by attending in‑services, continuing education programs, and staff meetings.
• Coordinates and participates in resident care conferences and communicates information effectively to families.
• Reports incidents or evidence of abuse, neglect, or violation of residents’ rights promptly, per policy.
• Manages electronic timecard on a daily basis.
• May occasionally be required to assist with other tasks in accordance with the team philosophy and Eventide’s commitment to quality resident care.

Eventide offers a competitive estimated pay range of $24 – $26.16 per hour for Senior Living LPNs, based on qualifications, experience, and location. Shift premiums and differentials are also available for select positions, paid at the time of employment and based on shift worked.
