Mortgage lenders require periodic updates on their properties. The purpose of the property inspection is to verify occupancy and to report on the general condition using a mobile application.

• Complete most inspections within 5‑6 minutes.
• Finish the inspection within four days of assignment.
• Report general property conditions and determine occupancy based on industry standards.
• Take nine or more photos with brief comments.
• Complete a short form in an app.
• Spend extended periods driving through assigned territory.

This is a 1099 position. Each inspection is paid a flat rate that varies by county and volume. Typical earnings range from $30–$40 per hour. Lower‑volume counties offer higher rates; higher‑volume counties offer higher volume. No additional mileage reimbursement is provided beyond the flat fee per inspection.
