Salary & Incentives2026 Salary Range: $74,742 – $105,267 ($35.93 – $50.60/hr). Hiring Incentive/Bonus:
Up to $3,500 for entry‑level; $5,000 for qualified lateral hires. Salary increases on anniversary date + 6% COLA increase January 2027.
