Overview

Job Title: Loan Processing Admin.
Location: Moorpark, CA
Pay Rate: $22-$24 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Type: Temp-to-Hire

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Loan Processor for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a reputable company in Moorpark. This role is ideal for someone with strong clerical skills, excellent attention to detail, and a background in banking or finance. A degree is preferred. Only candidates who are local to Moorpark and can work fully onsite will be considered.

• Review and process loan applications and related documentation
• Verify applicant information and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• Communicate with clients, lenders, and internal departments to obtain necessary information
• Maintain accurate records and update loan tracking systems
• Provide general clerical and administrative support as needed

• Clerical/administrative experience required
• Banking or financial services experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
