** CNO Developer
** you will support offensive cyber operations by researching vulnerabilities, performing advanced reverse engineering, and developing custom capabilities against complex targets. This role works closely with analysts and operators to design, build, and refine mission-critical tools.
** Position Responsibilities
*** Enhance and extend existing CNO toolsets and capabilities.
* Design and develop prototypes to validate understanding of mission requirements.
* Develop and deliver deployable toolsets capable of operating effectively within mission constraints.
* Conduct testing and oversee validation of toolsets to ensure reliability and readiness for release.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions seamlessly into mission environments.
** Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience)
*** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
* Minimum 12 years of software development
* Experience developing software in Linux/Windows/Embedded applications
* Experience producing and modifying software systems in C/C++/Python/Assembly
* Experience providing support for fielded software systems
* Experience with Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence)
* Familiarity with Git and Subversion
* Experience with production CNO capabilities and operations.
* An active TS/SCI with polygraph
** Salary Range: $140,000 - $200,000
** The AV pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several factors including, but not limited to, level of position, job responsibilities, geographic location, scope of relevant work experience, educational background, certifications, contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, alignment with local internal equity as well as alignment with market data.
