Test Technician

Job Description

EBAD seeks a Test Technician located in the Moorpark, CA facility.

Responsibilities

The Test Technician position supports environmental and functional testing of development and production products.

Duties include:

• Test evaluation, set-up and performance in accordance with procedures, MIL-STD's and industry specifications
• Equipment preventative maintenance and calibration
• Test data reporting
• Equipment troubleshooting and repair

Requirements:

• Candidates must be able to work independently and interface with individuals at multiple levels in the organization.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, problem solving and communication skills are required.
• Candidates must be able to interpret and execute test requirements provided in written specifications.
• Knowledge of explosive materials and/or ordnance devices is beneficial.
• Experience working in an aerospace industry is preferred.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in a test lab environment conducting thermal and functional testing.
• Experience with equipment such as accelerometers, charge amplifiers, thermocouples, transducers, and oscilloscope is preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude and Microsoft excel proficiency
• Experience with Thermotron Programming is preferred.

Compensation:

Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 per year. Salary is determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
