Pennymac (NYSE: PFSI) is a specialty financial services firm focused on mortgage production and servicing. The Data and Analytics Manager will lead a team of analysts supporting data, reporting, and analytics needs for mortgage operations.

• Lead cross‑functional analytics projects aligning with company strategy.
• Develop and manage policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate information management risk.
• Analyze historical portfolio and industry trends to build predictive models forecasting performance.
• Perform time‑series analyses and forecasts based on seasonality, trend, and cyclicality.
• Track and report client data daily, weekly, monthly to assess business performance and recommend strategy.
• Perform related duties as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related quantitative discipline.
• 5+ years of professional experience in an agency or mortgage environment.
• Fluent in Microsoft Excel for data transformation, analysis, and presentation.
• Mortgage industry experience strongly preferred.

$75,000 - $130,000 (varies by location and experience).
