Mortgage Closer

Overview

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and customer‑focused Mortgage Closer to support our Closing function across multiple channels. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the timely and accurate closing of mortgage loans while maintaining efficient workflows and delivering exceptional service to all stakeholders.

• Prepare closing documents, including balancing Initial and Final Closing Disclosures
• Ensure accuracy and compliance while maintaining a high standard of customer service
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and third‑party partners
• Respond to routine inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Manage daily work queues and elevate issues as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• Uphold company values and contribute to a positive team culture

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
• Mortgage industry experience required; closing experience preferred
• Familiarity with investor requirements, TRID regulations, and compliance standards
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management
• Passion for helping customers achieve their financial and home ownership goals

• Encompass or similar LOS experience
• Title experience is a plus

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Moorpark, CA.

This is a fully onsite position in Moorpark, CA.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
