Technology Lead - .Net

We are seeking a Technology Lead - .Net for a full-time, permanent position in Salt Lake City, Utah or Moorpark, CA.

Qualifications - Basic

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Alternatively, we will consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technologies.

Preferred

• At least 4 years of experience in the software industry with a proven track record of shipping high-quality products.
• At least 4 years of experience in UI development in MVC, ASP.Net, HTML5, Css.
• Knowledge of DBMS like SQL Server, Entity Framework, SSIS/SSRS.
• Exposure to .Net 3.5 & above frameworks (C#).
• 2 years’ experience developing enterprise-grade, highly scalable web-based applications.
• At least 2 years of experience in project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
• At least 2 years of experience in design and architecture reviews.
• Ability to work in a team in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.
• Experience in the mortgage domain would be an advantage.
• Good analytical skills.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
