Lead Residential Mental Health Operations at The Meadow glade Program Manager RTC (6 Bed Facility)

Are you an experienced leader passionate about creating safe, healing environments? Join The Meadow glade as a Program Manager RTC and lead our 6-bed Adult Residential Treatment Facility.

You'll oversee daily operations, staff development, compliance with California DSS & CARF regulations, and serve as the primary contact for clients and families from admission through discharge.

• Oversee daily residential operations ensuring safety and therapeutic integrity
• Lead and train a team of Psychiatric Technicians
• Conduct tours, admissions, and family communication
• Ensure licensing compliance and audit-ready documentation

Full-time, exempt position (Sunday Thursday schedule)

• 2-3 years of Program Manager or related leadership experience
• Experience in treatment-related field preferred
• Knowledge of ARF operations and DSS licensing requirements
• Leadership experience in residential behavioral health
• Current First Aid/CPR certification and CA Driver's License

Preferred: Bachelor's degree, Group Home Administrator Certification

Tours & Admissions: Conduct facility tours, support intake and orientation, coordinate with clinical teams

Operations: Oversee daily residential operations, ensure programming delivery, maintain healing environment

Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate Psychiatric Technicians; conduct 1:1 meetings and trainings

Documentation: Conduct daily audits, ensure compliance, maintain audit-ready records

Safety & Compliance: Ensure client supervision, conduct safety drills, maintain DSS/CARF compliance

Collaboration: Work with clinical and administrative teams, organize client activities and events

Reports to: Director, Facilities
