This full‑time Production Assembler position is located in Moorpark, CA. The role reports to the Shop Floor Supervisor and supports the production area with manual and mechanized assembly operations.

• Perform manual/mechanized assembly operations.
• Adhere to all safety and quality requirements.
• Use hand tools, machinery, air presses, jigs and other equipment to process specifications.
• Follow work instructions and perform tasks such as loading/unloading components into tooling and pouring powders into cups to press.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrate ability to set up and monitor equipment through written and verbal instructions.
• Minimum 2 years manufacturing-related experience with accurate use of measuring instruments.
• Ability to perform fine mechanical assembly including resistance welding, light machining and electrical testing.
• Certified soldering skills per J‑STD/NASA a plus.
• Defense and Aerospace industry experience and product knowledge a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Effective communication with all levels of management.

Appropriate safety equipment is required. The position involves lifting up to 25 pounds, walking, standing, kneeling, repetitive motions, pushing, pulling and coordination. Hourly Range: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour. Compensation is determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
