Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) The Meadow glade (Los Angeles County, CA)

Make a meaningful impact in a supportive, trauma-informed residential care setting. The Meadow glade, part of the Centered Health network, is seeking a compassionate LVN to provide medical support and encourage healing for clients in our mental health and eating disorder treatment programs. This full-time, on-site role runs Monday Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with pay starting at $32 $ 35 per hour and a warm, collaborative environment focused on long-term recovery.

What youll do: Support client treatment by observing and documenting client conditions; oversee and document self-administered medications; coordinate with physicians and pharmacies; input orders in EMR systems; schedule clinical appointments; train non-clinical staff on detox and medication protocols; take and record vitals; maintain medical supplies; and ensure compliance with HIPAA, state standards, and facility policies.

What youll bring: Active California LVN license, current CPR/First Aid certification, valid driver's license with clean driving record, and ideally 2+ years of experience in behavioral or mental health settings. Experience with KIPU EMR is a plus. Success in this role requires empathy, reliability, professionalism, sound judgment, and the ability to remain calm and supportive in changing situations.
