Quality Assurance Technician (Flexible Shift)

EBAD seeks a Quality Assurance Technician – Flex Shift in Moorpark, California.

• Perform inspection of components and assemblies, including receiving, in‑process, and final inspections.
• Complete all required data entries for inspected items.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all established safety guidelines.
• Work within a team structure to achieve company and department goals.
• Perform additional duties related to specific area assignments when requested.

The successful candidate must have graduated from high school or hold an equivalent G.E.D. and have 5+ years of experience inspecting mechanical components in an aerospace or defense‑related company.

• Capable of utilizing all standard inspection tools and equipment, including calipers, micrometers, drop indicators, CMM, and optical systems.
• Experience programming CMM and using PCDIMS software is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of ISO/AS procedures.
• Good knowledge and understanding of Geometric Dimension and Tolerance (GD&T).
• Ability to read and understand industry standards and English.
• Effective communication and interaction with all levels of management.
• Meticulous with high attention to detail.
• Basic PC fundamentals.

Six Sigma Green Belt through ASQ, CQE/CQM Certification program is a plus. Significant experience working directly with internal/external customers and suppliers.

Salary Range: $50,000 – $75,000 per year. Salary is determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
