Updike Distribution Logistics is a driver-friendly regional carrier serving Arizona, Southern California, Northern California, Nevada and Utah. We offer a straightforward pay structure with starting 55 CPM plus a per-mile bonus up to 60.5 CPM, plus layover, detention, hourly work when applicable, and per-stop pay.
Orientation is paid at $150, and benefits begin after 90 days. We provide Health, Dental, Vision, a 401k match up to 6%, PTO, holiday pay, and vacation progression after 1, 3, and 5+
