Serve TD customers in Moose Jaw as a Customer Experience Associate, processing transactions and recommending banking solutions during 18.75 scheduled hours.
Within TD Canada Trust’s Personal & Commercial Banking line, you will provide frontline service and advice. The role involves deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, customer needs, confidential matters, and accurate business processes. You will also resolve concerns, promote solutions, and support positive branch experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
Determine needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions
Resolve concerns and escalate non-standard activities
Promote banking solutions and complete business processes
Advise customers clearly on banking processes
Requirements:
High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
Undergraduate degree or equivalent considered an asset
Administration, organization, planning, and time management skills
Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
Accurate, detail-oriented communication and initiative
Bring customer experience, transaction accuracy, and banking solution skills to TD Canada Trust in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan.
