As an English evaluator, you will compare model outputs and judge how naturally, clearly, and accurately they perform. The work requires close inspection, realistic conversation, and confident decisions when outputs contain flaws. Your explanations must be original and evidence-based.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct live, scenario-based English conversations with voice models
Judge which generated images or videos better follow prompts
Replay or zoom into outputs to identify defects
Rate adherence, quality, and realism across model outputs
Write specific English explanations supporting each rating
Requirements:
Fluent spoken English and clear written communication
Comfort with natural, everyday conversational speech
Ability to think through realistic situations spontaneously
Comfort making clear decisions between imperfect options
Ratings and explanations must be independently written
Bring conversational English, media evaluation skills, and disciplined reasoning to Outlier’s generative AI model feedback projects.
