The Clinical Nurse Educator provides proactive leadership supporting client-centered care through education programming. Working within Clinical Integration 3C, you will assess staff learning needs, then plan, implement, and evaluate educational activities. The position also supports health professionals through consultation and research findings.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess staff learning needs within designated clinical areas
Plan education activities and programs for identified needs
Implement and evaluate clinical education programming
Provide consultative support to health professionals
Collaborate with the Nurse Educator Team
Requirements:
Three years of acute care experience teaching adults
Bachelor of Science in Nursing or acceptable nursing diploma
Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certificate
Critical Care Nursing Advanced Education Certificate
Registration or eligibility with the CRNS
Use acute care experience, clinical knowledge, and education skills as a Clinical Nurse Educator in Moose Jaw.
