Your role will focus on delivering high-quality nursing care in a Long-Term Care setting with flexible shifts.
You will be integral to our patient-centered care model. Applicants should possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or various acceptable nursing diplomas. In this position, you will assess, plan, and evaluate care while enhancing quality improvement initiatives within our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and document patient conditions
• Plan and implement care strategies
• Collaborate on quality improvement efforts
• Educate patients and families on care needs
• Ensure adherence to best nursing practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent
• Registration or eligibility with CRNS and CRPNS
• Passion for patient-centered care
• Willingness to work flexible shifts
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients
