As a Program Caseworker, your primary role will involve maintaining a caseload and conducting comprehensive intake processes. You will also be responsible for creating actionable service plans and ensuring your clients achieve housing stability. Record-keeping and incident reporting are crucial components of this role to support efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client intake and assessments effectively

• Create and manage personalized housing plans

• Document shift activities and incidents accurately

• Develop networks for client referrals to community services

• Ensure facility upkeep and cleanliness

Requirements:

• Preferred diploma or bachelor's in Social Work

• Experience working with addiction and mental health

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Ability to manage time and organize tasks effectively

• Must undergo a vulnerable sector screening
