Compliance Training Coordinator

Responsibilities- Co‑coordinate and support technical operational and compliance training activities across our distilleries in the North of Scotland.
- Work closely with subject matter experts and line managers to analyse learning requirements and design, develop and implement training initiatives and activities.
- Liaise with external training providers and support the development of internal courses and material covering both digital/online and practical/classroom training.
- Plan and co‑coordinate external training providers, arrange dates/times and booking suitable training locations.
- Gather feedback on training initiatives and courses to identify areas for improvement and implement positive changes.
- Support development and maintenance of the Capability Framework, working with line managers and the training team.
- Proactively plan and co‑coordinate all training activities to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
- Ensure completion and record of training and competency assessment evidence.
- Report periodically on training gaps in technical skills and capability across the UK distilleries.
- Provide evidence of training for routine audits or data access requests.
- Support induction of new starts joining the UK distilleries.
- Promote Modern Apprenticeships at the UK distilleries in partnership with HR.
Extensive experience in designing and delivering impactful training courses and materials, with the ability to create concise and clear digital content as well as plan and deliver engaging classroom sessions.
Strong organisational and planning skills, excellent attention to detail and proven ability to solve problems effectively.
Experience managing and collaborating with multiple stakeholders, balancing diverse requirements and priorities.
Adaptable communication style suited for different audiences.
Passion for continuous improvement and critical assessment of existing processes.
Experience working within a distillery environment and/or in health & safety or compliance roles is highly advantageous.
Benefits- Salary: £31,000- £39,500
