Cook – Sands Café & Deli (Moray & Strathspey)

We are opening a new café on the stunning Moray coast by Sandend Beach and are looking for enthusiastic and experienced cooks to join our opening team.

• Salary: £15 per hour

• Equal share of tips

• Part‑time shifts available for those seeking flexible work

• 40 hours per week

• Open 09:00‑17:00, 7 days a week

• 5 daytime shifts per week (part‑time options available)

The café and kitchen are fully equipped with brand new equipment. The role is part of the opening staff, contributing to a relaxed and cosy atmosphere for guests.

• Prepare a range of items including scones, sandwiches, soups and other classics and specials.
• Maintain high kitchen standards and cleanliness.
• Work collaboratively with the manager and team to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with serving and other café duties as needed.

• Previous cooking experience in a similar environment (essential).
• Composure, teamwork and the ability to adapt to a fast‑moving environment.
• Training will be provided if required.

Sands Café & Deli is situated on a bus route with ample parking nearby.
