We seek an experienced Financial Analyst with over five years of financial and accounting expertise. Ideal candidates are actively pursuing CPA designation and possess a robust background in financial accounting. You will engage in financial reporting, general ledger reconciliation, and month-end close activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Analyze financial statement variances, identifying root causes

• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

• Support grant and restricted-fund financial reporting

• Assist with internal and external audit requests

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of progressive financial/accounting experience

• CPA designation or actively pursuing CPA

• Strong proficiency in financial accounting and reporting

• Hands-on experience with month-end and year-end close

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
