Registered Manager - Residential Child Care role at Pebbles Care. OFSTED-registered manager who can deliver outstanding outcomes for children and young people.

Base pay rangeYour starting salary is between £44,982 and £50,605.26 per annum, depending on experience, qualifications, and training.
What you will doYou will lead and inspire your team, maintain OFSTED compliance, and create a safe, nurturing environment where our young people can thrive. With full support from senior leadership and our in-house psychology team, you will have the resources to succeed.

- Level 4 Children and Young People Practitioner Qualification (England) or Qualified to SCQF Level 7 / HNC (Scotland) or Level 3 Residential Childcare.
- Two years’ experience in a residential child care setting within the last five years, and at least one year leading or supervising a team in the previous five years.
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding, regulatory compliance, and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership and relationship-building skills; proficient verbal and written communication.
- A willingness to attain Care Services Leadership and Management SCQF Level 10 (Scotland) or Level 5 Diploma in Leadership Management (England).
- High accountability for safeguarding children and young people; knowledge of safer recruitment practices.
- Proficient IT skills and experience with Microsoft packages.
- Full, valid UK driver’s license.
- Qualified or working towards Care Services Leadership and Management SCQF Level 10 (Scotland) or Level 5 Diploma in Leadership Management (England).
- Knowledge of Therapeutic Parenting.
