Overview

The role

We are seeking a teacher who caninspire learning and raise achievement across the primary phase.

• Deliver high quality teaching that leads tostrong pupil progress
• Use assessment effectively to identify gaps andmove learning forward
• Provide excellent provision for all pupils including those with additional needs
• Create a classroom where expectations are highand every child feels valued
• Contribute to a creative and engaging curriculum

The year group for this role hasnot been decided, however it is likely to be in KS2.

• Hold QTS and a relevant degree or PGCE
• Be an excellent classroom practitioner with a rangeof strategies
• Have strong interpersonal skills and build positive relationships with ease
• Have high standards and be passionate about raisingachievement for every child
• Understand how to use data to inform teaching
• Demonstrate high expectations of behaviour and learning
• Be committed to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
