Summary Teaching Assistant Level 2B – We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a key role in shaping the educational experiences of children, supporting their development in a nurturing and engaging environment.

About the Role As ATeaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support children’s learning, development, and well-being. You will help create a positive and stimulating environment where every child can thrive and reach their full potential.

• Support the learning and development of pupils
• Build strong, positive relationships with children, staff, and parents
• Liaise effectively with parents to ensure a consistent approach to each child’s development and well-being
• Assist in planning and delivering engaging activities tailored to individual needs
• Monitor and support pupils’ progress across all areas of learning

• Experience working in a primary school
• A good understanding of the National Curriulum
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A patient, caring, and proactive approach to supporting young children

• Be part of a supportive and collaborative team
• Make a meaningful impact on children’s development

• Teaching assistant qualification or equivalent
• English and Maths GCSE Grade c or above
