You will work closely with engineering, commissioning, and supply chain teams to ensure adherence to approved quality plans, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and nuclear standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement, maintain, and monitor Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes in line with nuclear site standards and ISO 9001.
  • Review, approve, and manage ITPs, quality plans, procedures, and manufacturing records.
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and surveillance of turbine installation, overhaul, and maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with nuclear regulatory requirements, client specifications, and project quality standards.
  • Manage non-conformances (NCRs), corrective actions, and lessons learned.
  • Interface with OEMs, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure quality requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
  • Support outage activities, including pre-outage planning and post-outage reviews where required.

  • Strong background working on gas turbines and/or steam turbines (installation, maintenance, or outage work).
  • Sound knowledge of nuclear quality standards, including ISO 9001, QA/QC documentation, and audit processes.
  • Experience working in a highly regulated environment with strict procedural compliance.
  • Strong documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively on a live nuclear site.
Desirable
  • Experience supporting major outages or turbine upgrades on nuclear or conventional power stations.
  • Knowledge of RCC-M, ASME, or other relevant engineering codes.
