We'relooking for a Senior Electronics Engineer to play a key role in the design,development and delivery of advanced electronic systems. This is an opportunity to combine hands‑on engineering with technical leadership, helping to shapeproducts from concept through to deployment and ongoing support.

Asa senior member of the engineering team, you'll work closely with colleagues across the business, providing technical expertise, mentoring engineers and helping to drive best practice throughout the development process. You'll havethe opportunity to influence technical decisions, support new business opportunities and contribute to innovative solutions that deliver real value toour customers.

• Leading the design, development and verification of electronic systems and products.
• Translatingrequirements into practical, innovative and robust engineering solutions.
• Supportingdesign reviews, validation activities and technical decision-making.
• Planning and coordinating technical work packages to support successful project delivery.
• Working collaboratively with Production, Sales and Project Management teams.
• Supportingproducts throughout their lifecycle, from initial concept through to manufacture and customer support.
• Engaging with suppliers and technology partners to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Mentoring and supporting colleagues, helping to develop engineering capability across theteam.
• Promotinghigh‑quality engineering standards, documentation and development processes.

• Experience developing electronic hardware and systems, with a solid understanding of thedesign and development lifecycle.
• Strong technical knowledge of electronic design principles, including analogue and digital electronics and associated development tools.
• The ability to lead technical activities and collaborate effectively with others,whether through project leadership, mentoring or cross-functional working.
• Experience working within regulated or quality-focused engineering environments.
• Exposure to technologies such as embedded systems, RF, communications, FPGA or relatedelectronic disciplines.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, product improvement or customer-focused engineering activities.

• Apractical, solutions-focused approach to engineering challenges.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The confidence to make informed technical decisions and provide guidance to others.
