Conduct comprehensive assessments and treatments within acute hospital wards to support safe and timely patient discharges into the community.

Deliver expert occupational therapy interventions across diverse clinical areas, including Acute Medicine, Emergency Department, Orthopaedics and Surgery, and Frailty Wards
.

Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient‑centred and holistic care.

Apply your strong clinical reasoning and observational skills to develop and implement effective therapy plans.

Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation in line with professional standards.

Requirements:
To thrive in this role, you must be a HCPC‑registered Occupational Therapist and hold a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle for community work.
