Role: Mot Tester /Prep Technician (NVQ Level
2)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Including OTE Bonus

Our client, a well known automotive vehicle retailer, is seeking a Mot Tester / Prep Technician to become part of their dynamic team.

Full‑time position, with work hours typically between 08:30 am and 05:30 pm, Monday to Friday, and alternate Saturdays on a rotational basis.

• Carry out servicing and general repairs.
• Conduct thorough MOT Tests.
• Identify faulty components and ensure underlying problems are rectified.
• Ensure all consumables are ordered and logged against job cards.
• Carry out vehicle health checks and basic diagnostics.
• Be able to work independently and as part of the team when required.

• Competitive base salary between £20,000 - £25,000.
• Overtime at Time and a Half plus bonuses.

• Hold a level 2 NVQ or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, showcasing competence in the latest technology.
• MOT Test Licence.
• Hold a full UK Driving Licence.
