Role Overview
Site Security Manager. 4 on 4 off rotation, 42 hours per week. We are looking for experienced Security Professionals to be based in Gloucestershire. You will be responsible for running busy sites that operate 365 days a year.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage site security teams, including scheduling, training and performance management to meet KPI targets.
- Respond to enquiries from security staff and clients professionally via in person or email.
- Maintain operational readiness and ensure compliance with security protocols.
- SIA Licence.
- Supervisory or management experience.
- Customer service experience.
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft
365. - Ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Self‑initiative and natural problem‑solving abilities.
