Motor Vehicle Technician​/MOT Tester

Overview

Hours 39 hours over 4 days or 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, Sat AM as per rota paid at overtime rate.

As a technician you will be responsible for detecting and diagnosing vehicle faults to establish the work required, and ensure that the subsequent work carried out is carried out accurately and in a timely manner. You will be responsible for vehicle road testing and ensuring vehicle parts are stored and handled correctly. The ideal person will take pride in ensuring our customers are provided with the very best service.

• Qualified to Level 3 in Light Vehicle Mechanics, Maintenance Repair or equivalent
• Previous experience working as a Vehicle Technician is essential
• MOT licence preferrable
• Full brand training will be provided as required

• Basic Salary is Dependent on Experience varying from £25,000 for newly qualified to £35,000 per annum; OTE with incentives of £30,000 - £50,000 per annum
• 31 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays), increasing with service up to 36 days (pro-rata)
