Physical Requirements- Ability to kneel, crouch, sit on the floor and get up to work with children.
- Capability to lift and carry children or equipment up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Efficient mobility to walk, run, and move independently during therapeutic activities.
- Adequate motor skills for handwriting, crafting, and using therapy tools.
- Stamina to remain actively engaged in a high‑energy, child‑focused environment all day.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Clinical Doctorate in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current Speech‑Language Pathology license in North Carolina (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Experience or interest in pediatric therapy, especially with autism, sensory processing disorder, or developmental delays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with children, families, and a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to providing exceptional care in a faith‑based, child‑friendly environment.
- Ability to document effectively and efficiently using electronic systems.
- Willingness to participate in company events, team‑building activities, and ongoing professional development.
- Passion for creating personalized treatment plans and building relationships with children and families.
- Experience with feeding therapy, sensory integration, or other specialty areas.
