Job Summary
The Occupational Therapist provides occupational therapy to patients who require restoration of physical and mental functioning in order to gain independence in self-care and other activities. May supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and Aides.
ResponsibilitiesThe Occupational Therapist provides occupational therapy to patients who require restoration of physical and mental functioning in order to gain independence in self-care and other activities.
Qualifications- Certificate or degree from an accredited occupational therapy school.
- Preference for two years of clinical experience.
- Licensed by the state in which the Occupational Therapist resides or practices, if state requires.
- Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy, Inc. (NBCOT).
