Flexible schedule: Department open 6am‑8pm, 7 days per week

Join our rehab team with a focus on Transitional Rehabilitation™ which is our comprehensive rehabilitation approach. This initiative takes advantage of our private rooms and specializes in short‑stay recovery after surgery or other illness. We collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, physical and occupational therapists, speech‑language pathologists, and restorative nursing aides. Our facility is located minutes from the hospital and the medical office park, offering a warm, inviting, home‑like and comfortable environment that meets the wants, needs, and wishes of all who walk through our doors.

• Provide evidence‑based therapeutic assessments and interventions in a Skilled Nursing setting for both post‑acute and long‑term care patients.
• Collaborate and work in a team setting with other clinicians and restorative nursing staff.
• Schedule is flexible; department is open 6am‑8pm, 7 days per week.

Valid NC license in Physical Therapy.
