Aya Locums is hiring a locum Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to work 10‑hour shifts starting 02‑23‑26 for a 3‑week assignment paying $205/hour – $215/hour.

• Provide anesthesia care to patients undergoing surgery, including preoperative assessment, intraoperative anesthesia management and postoperative pain management.
• Collaborate with surgeons, surgical teams and other healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthetic plans as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care interventions.
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records.
• Stay current on the latest advancements in anesthesia practice through continuing education.

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited CRNA program.
• Active, unencumbered advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) license in North Carolina.
• National certification as a CRNA by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
• At least one year of experience in a clinical anesthesia setting (preferred).
• Strong critical thinking, decision‑making, communication, collaboration and attention to detail skills.
