Mitchell Village Animal Hospital, located in beautiful Morehead City, NC, is a thriving three doctor DVM practice with four exam rooms. We offer many services to provide the best comprehensive care to our patients including Preventative Care, Nutritional Counseling, Advanced Soft Tissue Surgery, Oral & Dentistry services, end of life counseling, at-home euthanasia, online pharmacy, boarding & grooming, and more! We have many advanced tools to support our DVMs including K-laser therapy, Digital X-Ray, Ultrasound, and Electrocardiography.

Morehead City, NC is a port town located just four miles from the picturesque Atlantic Ocean. Being so close to the ocean, the city is home to many water activities, including both recreational and competitive fishing, scuba diving, boating, etc.! Since 1957, the city has hosted a yearly Marlin fishing tournament, that draws in a crowd and some of the largest marlins in North America.

This area has excellent weather conditions, with warm summers and short, cool winters, making it a fantastic place to experience all four seasons. Morehead is a perfect location to enjoy a healthy and active work-life balance.

• Part Time or Full Time Veterinarian

• Doctor of Veterinary degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university
• Active veterinary state license
• Current DEA License preferred but not required
