Retail Sales Consultants will confidently sell premium mattress/bedding products utilizing our proven selling process and bed Match diagnostic system. They will provide a relaxed, low‑pressure, educational shopping experience that focuses on improving customers’ lives through our sleep solutions.

• Availability to work evenings, holidays, weekends with a typical 4–5 day week offering 40–55 hours.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish or other languages is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and reset showroom floor.
• High energy, enthusiasm, team‑oriented attitude.
• Enjoy meeting, interacting with customers and understanding their needs.
• Comfortable using tablets, mobile POS, and bed Match system.
