Automotive Product Specialist

An Automotive Product Specialist is a customer-facing role at a dealership focused on helping customers learn about vehicles, features, technologies, pricing and options - without relying on sales commissions. This is an exciting opportunity! We offer comprehensive initial and ongoing training to the right individual.

There is room for growth within our organization if desired. Product Specialists will focus on and acquire skills to offer our clients an exceptional experience!

Responsibilities and Duties

• Thorough knowledge of our products and technology
• Greet and assist existing and new clients
• Provide a customer oriented experience with our product and explain complex features

• Supports the client advisors with product related activities
• Fully explains vehicle features, applications, and benefits
• Acquire an understanding of competitor vehicle features and benefits
• Stay informed of new products, features, accessories, etc.
• Maintain excellent client satisfaction ratings
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Confident with technology (Tablets, Blue Tooth, Mobile Phones, Social Media, etc).
• Assist clients in other areas of the Sales and Service departments

Salary: $60,000/year paid monthly
