Job Summary

As an Industrial Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in industrial environments, including port facilities. This includes food and beverage plants, cement terminals, and large-scale warehouses.

Pay Range

$28-$31 per hour

• Install, inspect, and maintain electrical systems in accordance with theNational Electrical Code (NEC)
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on industrial equipment and systems
• Work safely and efficiently in high-paced environments, including port zones
• Comply with site safety policies, OSHA standards, and maritime security requirements

• 2+ years of industrial or port-based electrical experience
• Strong knowledge of conduit bending, motor controls, panel wiring, and power distribution
• Ability to read electrical drawings and perform accurate installations
• Familiarity with commercial or port-based food/beverage and industrial operations is a plus
• MUST have or be willing to obtain a valid TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential)
• TWIC is REQUIRED for work in cement terminals and all secure port facilities
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred

Industrial electricians working in secure port areas, especially incement terminals and food/beverage sectors,must hold a valid TWIC card, issued by theTSA. This federal credential allows unescorted access to secure areas within regulated maritime facilities.
