Responsible for performing day‑to‑day monitoring, maintenance, and support of enterprise data center operations in a 24x7x365 environment. Ensures infrastructure reliability, compliance with IT policies, and effective customer service. Provides technical support for system installations, troubleshooting, and routine operational tasks. Coordinates with IT teams and vendors to sustain availability and service quality.

• Provides 24x7 monitoring and management of multi‑platform data center systems.
• Monitors and balances power, HVAC, fire suppression, and security systems.
• Installs, troubleshoots, and maintains servers, storage, and related hardware.
• Performs Tier 1 support for LAN/WAN and escalates to network engineering.
• Identifies, classifies, and documents system issues using defined procedures.
• Assists in disaster recovery and scheduled maintenance activities.
• Maintains inventory and ensures asset tracking accuracy.
• Provides on‑site tenant and customer support, including shipping/receiving.
• Ensures adherence to IT policies, security standards, and service expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree.

2+ years of experience.

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. All experience must be paid and in the same related field. Part‑time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week. Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted.
