The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling within an assigned district to execute tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with the District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store measurements.
• Perform cycle counts and complete the Tractor Way top cap process.
• Hang store signage and assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Ask for value addition.
• Provide exceptional shopping experiences that differentiate from competitors.
• Assist with peak coverage as needed and perform other duties as assigned.

Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to read, write, and count accurately.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding fields.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and self-direction in completing assignments.

• Indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise, varying shifts, and travel requirements.
• Must promote safety and adhere to safety guidelines.

• Ability to travel, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks such as standing, kneeling, reaching overhead, and operating store equipment.
• Ability to operate a vehicle and handle merchandise safely.
