Job Overview

This role supports the Director, Operations team, and Procurement team, acting as a liaison between facility, building, and housekeeping vendors. Responsibilities include managing cage inventory, generating purchase orders (POs), ordering supplies, and assisting with administrative duties such as vendor invoicing, billing processes, and reconciling POs. The role also involves cross-training in other departments, maintaining service standards, managing mail and correspondence, and supporting procurement reports as needed.

Your Impact
  • Support the Director of Engineering & Facilities with administrative duties.
  • Assist with procurement, invoice processing, and PO management.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Fulfillment leadership to track and fulfill supplies requests.
  • Create and run reports, process expense reports, and manage P-card billing.
  • Follow up on deliveries, supplies, and packages for the Front Office team.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in warehouse environments and inventory control.
  • Associate's Degree and 2-4 years of related experience.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively, bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems (WMS), with knowledge of basic algebra and calculations.

Salary range: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour, based on location and experience.
