Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Full-Time Rancho Bellagio Post Acute Pay: $18.50–$21.00 per hour, depending on experience

Full-Time Rancho Bellagio Post Acute is looking for compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team!

As a CNA, you play an incredibly important role in the lives of our residents. From providing hands-on care to offering encouragement and a familiar smile, you help create an environment where residents feel respected, comfortable, and cared for.

What You’ll DoAssist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

Provide compassionate and respectful hands-on care Assist with transfers, positioning, and ambulation

Respond promptly to resident needs

Observe residents and communicate changes or concerns to the licensed nursing team Support residents with comfort, safety, and daily routines

Build positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members

Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming care environment

What We’re Looking For Current California CNA certification

Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care Dependable, professional, and team-oriented

Strong communication skills

Commitment to providing high-quality care Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred
