Seasonal Sales Associate

We’re on the search for a Seasonal Sales Associate that will help lead our civic-minded, pop culture-driven brand. As a Box Lunch Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be a significant part of our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store in a visually appealing way, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages customers to return, impressing them with your product knowledge and customer service skills
• Cover the sales floor zone and ensure areas meet visual standards
• Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote add-on sales through benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Communicate fashion trend information to management and HQ partners
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells and wizardry
• Maintain the stock room and keep the store tidy
• Work as part of a team to achieve goals
• Perform any other activities assigned by your Store Leader

• Previous retail experience preferred; passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Minimum age of 16 years
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds

Pay range: $16.50 - $17 per hour. Final salary will depend on education, experience, location, and other factors.
